Let’s be honest, who really has time to read blog posts that run on 1,000+ words or more? By no means is the blog going anywhere, but a goal around here is to share more video content. I’ve heard requests from you guys too – I get it! I love watching videos as well! I have a YouTube channel, which hasn’t been logged into for months and months. #yikes Pretty much on life support at the moment. The issue with creating video, besides the obvious messing up on camera and having to reshoot (which I do a lot of), is the time required to edit and produce anything of great quality. Thankfully, today we now have access to quick live streaming video options like Periscope and Facebook Live. I have dabbled in both and discovered I can shoot something live, then save it to my phone to share here on the blog.
My hope moving forward is to create short video content that will pop up here from time to time. The topics will be useful and brief! In the past some of my videos have reached 20, even 30, minutes. No more. I’m going to strive toward shorter, more focused video and edit down when possible.
All that said, yesterday I hopped on Facebook Live to share a visual we all need to learn – how to fold a fitted sheet. It’s one of the top most asked questions in my business and now you too know exactly how I fold a fitted sheet…easily, quickly and without hair pulling or tears.

My preferred social platform is still Instagram. I’ve shared great content over there for years, including my fun signature music videos. Instagram has been a great place to share more of my personality (since this is hard to convey through just writing) and engage / communicate with those looking to get organized. Thankfully, IG upped the time on videos from 15 seconds to 1 full minute. Now I can share even more! I took the FB Live video and edited down to less than 1 minute.

I have the deep pocket queen sheets. They don’t seem to fold so nice with the deep corners. Can you do one and show me why? Thank you
